The Competition

The competition will take place at The Awards on Friday, March 14.

Chefs will present their original mustard-based recipes in a blind tasting session as they compete for the title of Napa Valley Executive Chef of the Year.

Judges include Gene Burns of KGO AM810 (Dining Around with Gene Burns), Food Editor Karola Saekel Craib of the San Francisco Chronicle, and Executive Food Editor Margo True of Sunset Magazine.

As a guest you will be part of the esteemed panel to select the Napa Valley Mustard Festival People’s Choice Chef of the Year.

Napa, CA ~ The fifteenth annual Napa Valley Mustard Festival's The Awards ~ A Spicy Soirée! was held on March 14, 2008, at Black Stallion Winery in Napa.

Awards in the 2008 World Wide Mustard Competition were presented, and the Napa Valley Mustard Festival Chefs' Mustard Recipe Competition conducted at the black-tie red-carpet gala.
