Chefs' Mustard Recipe Competition
The Competition The competition will take place at The Awards - on Friday, March 16, at COPIA: The American Center for Wine, Food & the Arts. Chefs will present their original mustard recipes in a blind tasting session as they compete for the title of Napa Valley Executive Chef of the Year. Gene Burns of KGO AM810 (Dining Around with Gene Burns), Food Editor Karola Saekel Craib of the San Francisco Chronicle, and Executive Food Editor Margo True of Sunset Magazine will judge the Chef of the Year Mustard Recipe Competition. As a guest you will be part of the esteemed panel to select the Napa Valley Mustard Festival People’s Choice Chef of the Year.
The Awards Meet world champion mustard makers, taste the mustard dishes, and enjoy music along with Napa Valley vintages at The Awards!
